rename it first, before downloading the new file.

Once downloaded, just open it up and click "OK". Then go to your
display settings via "my computer" icon or you may right click on the desktop
Click on the "screen saver" tab and choose "snowfam.scr" as our screen saver
Then click apply and OK.
